Portal Preview

1) Login: Login to the portal with the account information provided.

2) Member Lookup : Select the Menu, iBilling/Customer Account Dashboard. To look up a member, enter the value of code generated/specified while creating the account and click find. Select the member by pressing the action Radio Button. This activates the actions Payment Option, Payment Plan and Account Transaction.

3) Payment Plan Lookup : The payment plan created can be viewed by clicking on Payment Plan under Actions in Customer Account Dashboard. This brings up the Payment plan screen with all the payment plans created for this member.

4) Charge Lookup : To view the charges created for a payment plan. Select a payment plan and click view.

5) Payment Lookup : View the payments taken on the member by clicking Account Transaction at the top right corner. The account transactions listed would be of type invoice or payment.

6) Payment Detail Lookup : View the detailed information of the payment by selecting the payment and click view. This screen shows the approval code in case of a credit card transaction and other required details.
